Query Sub-Account List (Cursor Pagination)

Description: /v4/user/account/list

Queries the sub-accounts belonging to the broker with cursor pagination. Sign the request with the broker master account's API Key. For large numbers of sub-accounts, use this endpoint instead of the unpaginated Query Sub-Accounts endpoint.
